I was too tired to deal with another long customer service back-and-forth, so I was relieved this was straightforward. Cancelled my order with no fuss, and the refund came through quickly. Nice one

"Trainers arrived way quicker than expected"
Ordered a pair of trainers and expected to be waiting at least a week, but they turned up in 2 days. Completely calm about it, obviously, definitely wasn’t checking for updates or anything. The tracking email came through really quickly too, so it all felt easy. Really happy with how fast it was and I’d use secretsales again

"Great Deal, But the Tags Had Me Spiraling"
I bought a branded jacket and the delivery was totally fine, no big drama there. But then I checked the tags and they looked a little different from what I expected, which immediately sent me into detective mode. It might be real, I just can’t say I’m 100% convinced. The price was really good though, so now I’m stuck in this weird emotional battle between feeling like I scored a deal and wondering if I should be suspicious.

Umm, the checkout on Secret Sales was really straightforward. I added my items, paid with my card, and it went through first time with no issues. The page loaded properly and I got the order confirmation email almost straight away. It’s just nice when a website works without making things a hassle. I’d use it again.

There were so many brands and little bits to look through that I thought I’d be wandering around forever, but I ended up finding what I needed fast. Not sure if that means it was super organized or I just got lucky, but either way it worked out.

I was surprised to find the trainers I wanted still in stock, especially in my size since it’s usually sold out everywhere. The site was easy to use and the order went through without any hassle. So yeah, blame whoever runs this for actually keeping things stocked properly. I’d definitely use it again.

Had a little issue with my account where I couldn’t update a few details. I messaged Secret Sales and they got back to me quicker than I expected tbh. Didn’t have to go back and forth loads, it was just fixed and that was that. Nice and simple, no stress at all. Happy with how they handled it...

I ordered from Secret Sales the payment part was totally okay. I used my card, it went through without any random extra charges, and the confirmation email came quickly. So that was good, definitely good. I just wish they had a bit more info about payment security during checkout. It felt safe enough, but not super reassuring, you know? Overall I’d say it was average, not bad, not bad at all, but it could be better

My order wasn’t updating and I was getting a bit annoyed. I sent a complaint in thinking I’d be waiting ages but support got back to me fast and sorted it out. The refund info was clear no messing around. Happy with how they handled it and I’d use Secret Sales again.
